I used Penny Black Sweet & Cute stamp set
Colored with Copic sketch markers and fussy cut them
Die cut Happy Birthday sentiment on glitter paper
with Penny Black Celebrations dies
Put some doily paper behind the image
Die cut some balloons and confetti
Decorated with some buttons and candles ephemera
